One of the most rewarding experiences in my work is supporting someone with anxiety because it is incredible to witness the vast personal growth that can be achieved with therapy.

I have seen people go from being extremely limited in their functioning to living a happy and more fulfilled life as they developed the tools to manage their anxiety.

I have been told I have a very calming nature and I believe that helps in my work with people who suffer from anxiety. I offer a very safe, warm, and nurturing environment that can help make the therapeutic experience something you look forward to, rather than feel anxious about.
