As a psychotherapist, an HSP myself, and a parent of HSP children, I know the importance of being able to talk with someone who understands the unique challenges HSPs face. It is a calling for me to help people live their best lives.
Join me for a one-on-one coaching session from anywhere in the world. We can talk on the phone, in a video conference, or through email or chat. We can meet weekly, one time only, or when you need support during certain times in your life.
The goal in our coaching sessions is movement toward discovering, clarifying, and reaching your goals. I can also help you find and follow your true calling. We will look at what obstacles are in your way, your goals, how you can be authentic, your life purpose, and how to move away from barriers. As your coach, I provide extra support with issues related to dating, improving relationships, personal goals, work environment and career goals, family dynamics and boundaries, stress reduction, and helping to target specific core issues that can help you create a fully balanced and centered life.
Some of my past coaching clients have been from all over the world and have reached out to me because of my specialty and knowledge of the sensitive person. My clients include HSPs who want more control over their stress and/or anxiety, HSPs wanting dating or relationship advice, overwhelmed HSP parents, parents of HSP children, HSP professionals trying to adjust to stressful work environments, and I have even worked with well-known, globally recognized top leaders in their professions who are HSPs seeking extra support.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy? Coaching is a bit more informal and does not involve diagnosis of mental illness. Coaching is more about helping you achieve goals you might set for yourself, understand your trait and how it affects you, and determine what kind of changes may work best for your life.
