HSPs often live in an overwhelming tornado storm, the brain overloaded by emotional and sensory input. Being an “untrained” HSP is really hard. I want to turn you into a “trained” HSP, one that knows how to navigate the emotional brain and who trusts the tools necessary to live the life you deserve. If you work with HSPs in your profession, you will also love learning these tools to pass onto them!

Where do we begin?
The very first step is to understand your trait fully.
There are particular differences in an HSP brain that make you the way you are. Understanding these differences helps us start out in week one of our course. It is because of those big differences that we need to do some extra training in our emotional brains, and that's what we will start to learn in week two. In week three, we dive deep into what it really means to practice self-care and how it is one of the essential pieces to our well-being as HSPs.
Compassionately exploring our internal experiences helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, and that's what we explore in week four. Moving onto identifying emotional and sensory triggers in week five and six, we learn techniques that can help us get out of and even bypass our emotional overload! In week seven, we spend time with all the amazing gifts and benefits that exist as an HSP, and discover how you can now access them to live your best, authentic self in our final week eight.
You will receive weekly passwords into the course. You can log in anytime and read the material whenever it is convenient for you each week, and then join in on discussions with other classmates at anytime. There are no videos, so you can be in your pajamas! :) No worries about time zones, because you can log in and engage whenever it is convenient for you. Plus, I don't want to overwhelm HSPs more with trying to schedule a time to work!
This course is created by an HSP Psychotherapist for HSPs. Many participants enjoy the "silence" of this course because it does not include audio and video since these additional sensory experiences can add to our feelings of being overloaded. Much of the "work" of this course is internal work and course students have commented on how precious the silence of this course feels as internal awareness and consciousness increases.
Time commitment is minimal, and it is a very flexible commitment because the reading might be about an hour a week, including some journaling. Discussions with other course participants is as often as you wish . . . of course the more you discuss the more you get out of it . . . but that part is fun :) A lot of the "work" in the course is increasing our consciousness about our everyday lives and using specific tools I give you, so that isn't an added time commitment but more of a higher level of consciousness in your everyday life. It feels good right away when we start doing that! New neural sprouts only take about three weeks to start, so most participants start to feel really good early.
It's a very supportive space, so participants enjoy the discussions quite a lot. For this course we are using a "Secret" Facebook group, so no one can see your posts or your Facebook page except course participants. If you are more comfortable creating a Facebook account just for this course that works too—it's free! We are using Facebook because more people are familiar with its forum style.
$299 for eight-weeks, which includes weekly material to teach you the tools to train your brain to live at your optimum along with extra support and guidance from me, an HSP psychotherapist that specializes in working with HSPs, as well as connections with other HSP course participants. This ability to connect and share and discuss with other HSPs the brain tools we are working on creating together provides a wonderful, deeper sense of support through the process.
The value in this course is that I like to keep my class size a little smaller so I can really offer a lot of individual contributions during the eightweeks to help participants explore their life and their goals through support and encouragement. The course is meant for people who really want to explore themselves deeply with me as their guide.
Cannot afford the cost of the course but still want to learn the tools?

This book offers a similar program (minus the personal input from me and other HSPs that you get within the eight-week class), but the book can be really helpful too because a lot of the same tools are within the book. If you happen to have a therapist, the book can be a great supplement to work with and share with your therapist for some of the tools.
Some HSPs also like to use the book on their own and then work with me individually to support the process.
There are different ways we all learn, so hopefully, one of these ways offers you what you need.
