Autism Quiz for Women & Sensitive Adults

This quiz was created for autistic women, AFAB individuals, and highly sensitive adults who wonder whether autism may help explain their internal experiences, especially those overlooked by traditional diagnostic models.

Many women and sensitive autistic adults were socialized to hide their differences. As a result, autism often shows up internally rather than outwardly and may go unrecognized until later in life.

This quiz is not a diagnostic tool. Autism is not a checklist or a score. You do not need to relate to every statement for this to be meaningful. As you read each item, simply notice what resonates based on your lived experience, now or at any point in your life.

If this quiz brings clarity, relief, or a sense of being seen, supportive resources below can help you continue your exploration with accuracy and compassion.
