Optional Personalized Autism Profile Report Add-On

Optional Personalized Autism Profile Report Add-On

$1,800.00

Who This Report Is For

The Personalized Autism Profile Report is an optional add-on for clients who have completed a full formal autism assessment with Julie Bjelland, LMFT, and for whom Autism was clinically identified through that assessment process.

This report is a companion to the completed assessment process.

When to Purchase the Add-On

Because this report is designed to build directly on the completed assessment, clients are encouraged to purchase the add-on within 14 days of their assessment/results session, while the assessment information is still especially current.

Requests made later may still be considered, depending on how much time has passed and current availability.

What the Report Provides

This detailed, neurodiversity-affirming written report expands on the assessment/results session and provides a personalized summary of the patterns identified throughout the assessment.

It brings together information from the client’s assessment questionnaires, detailed written responses, developmental history, clinical review, and video assessment to create a clearer map of why Autism was clinically supported and how Autism appears across the client’s life.

The report may explore the client’s nervous system and sensory experiences, communication style, relationships, masking patterns, burnout history, functional impact, strengths, and support needs.

Because each report requires additional clinical review and individualized writing beyond the assessment process, it is offered as an optional add-on. This helps keep the cost of the core assessment lower while giving clients the choice to receive a detailed written profile when it would be helpful to them.

What Is Included

This add-on includes two personalized documents, along with a brief guide explaining how each may be used.

1. How to Use Your Autism Profile Reports

This brief guide explains the purpose of each document and how the client may choose to use, store, revisit, or share them.

2. Personalized Autism Profile Report

This is the full, detailed report, typically more than 20 pages in length, created for personal understanding, therapy, reflection, emotional integration, support planning, and personal records.

The length varies depending on the client’s individual assessment history and clinically relevant patterns. The report focuses on why Autism was clinically supported, how Autism appears across the client’s life, and what the client may want to understand, integrate, and support over time.

3. Sharable Autism Profile & Support Guide

This is a shorter, lower-disclosure personalized companion document.

It summarizes key support needs, experiences that may be harder, how reduced capacity may appear, what may help during overload, strengths and autistic qualities, and ways others can offer respectful support.

It is designed for optional sharing with selected people, such as therapists, healthcare providers, loved ones, or other trusted support people.

The client may also choose to share it in workplace or educational settings, depending on their needs and the documentation requirements of that setting.

The Difference Between the Two Reports

The Personalized Autism Profile Report is primarily for the client’s own self-understanding, reflection, emotional integration, therapy, and support planning.

The Sharable Autism Profile & Support Guide is designed for situations in which the client wants another person to understand important support needs without receiving the full, more personal report.

These reports belong to the client. The client decides whether to share them, which document to share, and with whom.

How the Report Is Created
