Personalized Autism Report Add-On

Personalized Autism Report Add-On

$900.00

The Personalized Autism Profile Report is an optional add-on for clients who have completed a full formal autism assessment with Julie Bjelland, LMFT, and for whom Autism was clinically identified through that assessment process.

This detailed written report expands on the assessment/results session and provides a personalized, neurodiversity-affirming written summary of the patterns identified throughout the assessment. It brings together information from the client’s written assessment responses, developmental history, and live assessment session to create a clearer map of why Autism was clinically supported and how Autism appears across the client’s life, nervous system, communication style, relationships, sensory experiences, strengths, masking patterns, burnout history, functional impact, and support needs.

This report can be especially helpful for clients who want a more complete written explanation to revisit after the session, use in therapy, share selected parts with trusted people, or keep as a personalized guide for understanding their autistic profile and support needs over time.

The Personalized Autism Profile Report may include, as clinically relevant:

  • Why Autism was clinically supported

  • Autistic profile and diagnostic themes

  • Category A: social communication and connection differences

  • Category B: sensory, cognitive, and behavioral differences

  • Developmental history highlights

  • Functional impact summary

  • Social communication and processing patterns

  • Relationship and connection patterns

  • Sensory processing profile

  • Routine, predictability, transition, and autonomy needs

  • Repetitive regulation patterns or thought loops

  • Focused interests and passions

  • Masking, hidden effort, and compensation patterns

  • Burnout, shutdown, meltdown, and recovery patterns

  • Personalized load profile, if useful

  • Strengths and autistic qualities

  • Self-reported clinical context, when relevant to the Autism formulation

  • Emotional integration after diagnosis

  • Individualized support considerations for the client’s own reflection and planning

  • A separate Autism Profile & Support Guide

This add-on includes three documents:

1. How to Use Your Autism Profile Reports

This brief guide explains the purpose of each document and how the client may choose to use them.

2. Personalized Autism Profile Report

This is the full, detailed report for personal understanding, therapy, reflection, integration, support planning, and personal records. It focuses on why Autism was clinically supported, how Autism shows up across the client’s life, and what the client may want to understand, integrate, and support over time.

3. Autism Profile & Support Guide

This shorter, lower-disclosure companion guide summarizes key support needs, what may be harder, how lower capacity may show up, what helps during overload, strengths, and how others can support the client respectfully. It is designed for optional sharing with selected people, such as therapists, providers, partners, family members, loved ones, trusted support people, or workplace or educational settings if the client chooses to share it there.

The full report is primarily for the client’s own self-understanding and support planning. The Autism Profile & Support Guide is designed for situations where the client wants others to understand important support needs without sharing the full report.

This report is only available to clients who have completed a full formal autism assessment with Julie Bjelland, LMFT, and for whom Autism was clinically identified. It is a companion to the completed assessment process and is not a standalone service. It is not available for clients who have only completed a consultation, screening, self-assessment, therapy session, coaching session, outside assessment, outside records review, or for clients whose assessment did not clinically support Autism.

The Personalized Autism Profile Report is for self-understanding, therapy, reflection, support planning, and optional sharing. It is not a formal neuropsychological evaluation, legal disability evaluation, educational testing report, treatment plan, or guaranteed accommodations document.

If you need documentation for a school, workplace, government agency, disability benefits, legal matter, or other organization, you are responsible for confirming their specific documentation requirements before purchasing this add-on.

For eligible completed assessment clients, reports are usually completed and sent within a few business days after the add-on is purchased.
